The bathroom needed some attention, and it was not as clean as we would have liked. it was a bit chilly, but we managed to get warm by taking hot showers and snuggling under the covers.

Stayed at a lovely B&B recently which was cozy and perfectly located for exploring Tuscany and Umbria. the owner was extremely friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home. the breakfast was delicious with everything we needed and there was plenty of kitchenware in the room. the room itself was very clean and comfortable with modern facilities, such as a coffee machine and fast wifi. a great value for money.

There was a bit of noise from nearby bars at night which could disturb light sleepers.
